We ship to locations across India with trusted courier partners. Please check delivery availability with your PIN before finalizing your purchase. For any information about service locations, you can get in touch with our customer service team via email or call. Our shipping and delivery terms and conditions are as follows: 

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address includes the house number, area, city, state, and landmark. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Delivery Delays: While Sandarv Comodities Pvt Ltd strives to deliver in a timely manner, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, weather, strikes, etc. You will be notified about any delays on your registered mobile number.
• Multiple Shipments: Multiple shipments may reach separately depending upon the availability and dispatch status.
• Order Tracking: All orders (except express deliveries) are dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing the order. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your order anytime through our website.
• Unreachable or Refused Deliveries: If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to the customer being unreachable or refusing the package, re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for unreachable or refused deliveries.
• Delivery Attempt: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
• Damaged Packages: Please do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged. In such cases, contact our customer support immediately.
• Fragile items: All fragile items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any breakage within 24 hours. Please make an unboxing video while opening such packages and share it with our team immediately to report any such damage.

• Orders above 999 get Free Shipping
• Orders below 999- 50 INR shipping fee
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Additional 50 INR for cash on delivery extra

• All deliveries to metro cities will reach within 2-4 business days.
• Deliveries to Tier 1 & 2 Cities will take 3–5 business days.
• Rural/Remote Areas deliveries will take 5–7 business days

Express Shipping Policy

We provide express shipping to selected cities in India. Express shipping is available on orders above 999 and on selected items. The shipping and delivery policies for express shipping are: 

• Delivery within 1–2 business days
• Can be selected at checkout (if eligible by pincode)
• Orders are processed within 24 hours of the order placed
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched
